What Is Impact Investing?

Apr 14, 2022 | BUSINESS, Money Video Podcast, VIDEO PODCAST | 0 comments

Ross Piper, CEO of ChristianSuper, brings us an insightful discussion about our extended role as Christian investors. Impact investing is prioritizing and supporting companies that are making a positive impact on our society. These companies may be in healthcare, education, energy (especially clean and renewable energy), and agriculture.

Impact investing places the Christian on the frontlines of stewardship.

Impact investing changes lives. It works!

Socially and environmentally responsible companies need the funding to do more great things in society. While the bulk of investing is largely done by institutional investors (including hedge funds, private foundations, banks, pension funds, and other fund managers), these days, there are available options for the individual investor to participate. The key, for the individual investor, is to analyze the company’s commitment to corporate social responsibility or the duty to positively serve society as a whole.
